What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
As an Esthetician at BL Medspa, you will be the guiding hand in our clients' skincare journeys. Your day-to-day will include:
- Customized Treatments: Perform high-quality facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and skin resurfacing treatments based on client needs.
- Consultations & Analysis: Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to design personalized short- and long-term treatment plans.
- Home Care Recommendations: Educate clients on proper at-home skincare regimens and confidently recommend retail products to maintain treatment results.
- Retention & Relationships: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
- Spa Excellence: Maintain a pristine, sanitized, and organized treatment room. Adhere to all state board safety and sanitation guidelines.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Licensure: Active and valid Esthetician license in the state of Arizona.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a medspa, dermatology clinic, or high-end spa environment preferred.
- Skincare Knowledge: Deep understanding of skin physiology, ingredients, and the ability to confidently treat various skin conditions (acne, aging, hyperpigmentation, etc.).
- Sales Savvy: Driven to meet retail sales goals and confidently guide clients toward the right products for their skin concerns.
- Professionalism: Excellent communication skills, a polished demeanor, and a team-player mentality.
- Availability: Part-time hours. Must have flexibility to work [specify days/hours, e.g., weekends or evenings] as needed.
